  • Work across the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings, and shareholders’ agreements.
  • Take part in the firm’s networking events and business development initiatives to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new business for the department.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in corporate law, combined with commercial awareness and a proactive approach to your work—ensuring accurate time recording, timely billings, and the achievement of agreed targets and deadlines.
  • Manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision, providing exceptional client service through a deep understanding of each client’s industry and business needs, while maintaining full compliance with SRA and other regulatory requirements.
