Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive

Location: Surrey

Salary: 31K

An award‑winning and independently owned ambient food business is seeking a motivated graduate, ideally with some experience, to join a busy and dynamic team as their CSR Executive. With a global supply network spanning over 20 countries and partnerships with major UK retailers and foodservice customers, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance ethical and sustainable practices across our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the CSR Manager to ensure all products sourced, canned, shipped and distributed meet robust ethical and environmental standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance, support partners to implement best practice and maintain strong relationships with key organisations such as Sedex and BSCI.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track ethical and sustainability performance, conduct risk assessments across the supply chain and summarise emerging research to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the business at meetings, events and conferences, visit suppliers to assess compliance, and contribute to customer presentations, internal communications and CSR training.
  • Support the delivery of the Modern Slavery Act Statement and regular updates to the Ethical Trade Policy.
