A leading hospitality company in the UK is hiring an IT Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing for Premier Inn and Restaurants. This role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier agreements, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have at least 3 years of IS procurement experience and a strong background in contract management and cost optimization.
In the role of IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the sourcing of IS services for Premier Inn & Restaurants and Whitbread Group requirements in the UK and Germany. This is an exciting time to get involved, working closely with the IT Leadership Team following a recent global technology transformation. You will be involved in strategic planning, negotiation and coordination to ensure Whitbread has strong contracts in place, and will deliver relevant strategic projects working with key business functions including hotel & restaurants, commercial, data, cooperate, infrastructure and Germany.
