A leading hospitality group based in the UK is seeking a Procurement Manager to manage IS services for Premier Inn & Restaurants. You will develop procurement strategies, manage contracts from inception to renewal, and conduct market analyses to identify cost savings. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IS procurement experience and a strong understanding of software licensing models. This role offers a hybrid work environment and attractive benefits, including a competitive salary up to £75,000 plus bonuses.

Location : Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Salary : up to £75,000 plus Bonus
In the role of IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the sourcing of IS services for Premier Inn & Restaurants and Whitbread Group requirements in the UK and Germany. This is an exciting time get involved, working closely with IT Leadership Team following a recent global technology transformation. You will be involved in strategic planning, negotiation and coordination to ensure that Whitbread has strong contracts in place. Plus deliver the relevant strategic projects working together with key business functions including hotel & restaurants, commercial, data, cooperate, infrastructure and Germany.
