Job summary

Wayve in London is seeking a Corporate Security Engineering Manager to own the systems and controls layer the whole company runs on: identity, endpoint, device and asset lifecycle, SaaS, and the security controls implemented in all of them.

This is a build role where you shape the design and lead a distributed team across the UK, Germany and the US to deliver end-to-end platform ownership and automation that scales with growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT/security teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Hands-on corporate IT platforms: Okta/Entra, endpoint management at fleet scale, and SaaS administration.
• Proficient with Linux, Mac, and Windows fleet management.
• Security operations experience: hardening, patching, incident response, access reviews, and zero-trust.
• Experience delivering security certifications/audit (ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of corporate security controls across endpoints, identity, and devices.
• Partner with central Security on policy, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Own Okta and related processes including SSO/SAML migrations and access provisioning.
• Lead and grow a distributed team across countries and time zones.
• Turn certification requirements into implemented controls with evidence.
