Hours: Full-time, office-based
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
We are recruiting an experienced Corporate Secretary to join a highly respected, long‑established London law firm. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy Corporate team, working closely with several fee earners and playing a key part in ensuring efficient, high‑quality legal administration. If you enjoy responsibility, have strong legal secretarial experience, and thrive in a professional, detail‑driven environment, this could be an excellent next step.
You will support multiple fee earners across the Corporate team, managing dictations, preparing and formatting documents, handling client onboarding, conducting AML and KYC checks, processing payments, drafting bills, and managing confidential information with professionalism. You will also liaise with clients and third parties, conduct sanctions checks, maintain accurate records, and support reception on a rotational basis.
You’ll have at least 2 years’ legal secretarial experience, ideally within a corporate team, with strong document production skills, excellent written English, and proficiency in legal software such as Word, iManage, BigHand and Workshare Compare. You will be highly organised, solutions‑focused, and confident managing multiple deadlines while providing a polished, professional service.
This is an opportunity to join a consistently well‑regarded London law firm with a collaborative culture, a strong reputation for excellence, and a commitment to supporting its people.
