Qualifications

• Natural problem solver with an analytical mind.

• Curious and eager to build and apply knowledge.
• At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge and skills across the Corporate Risk & Broking business during a two-year graduate programme.
• Develop technical knowledge through meaningful assignments and projects.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients across cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction sectors.
• Participate in induction and ongoing professional and personal development.
• Study towards the Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Qualification and gain the Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
• Work in potential broking, client servicing, analytics, strategy, business development or project opportunities.
• Analyze and manipulate data and produce reports.
• Support decision-making, prepare business plans and identify trends.
• Produce marketing and client proposal materials.
• Manage stakeholders, solve complex problems and identify resources and expertise.
• Complete online testing, video interview and virtual assessment centre as part of the application process.
