KPMG Law is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its expanding team in London to focus on legal solutions for a range of clients.

The Team

Qualifications
  • English-qualified solicitor, gained in the UK at a reputable firm (or comparable experience).
  • Experience in company law (M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations) gained at a city practice.
  • Strong academic record, technical and personal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the Companies Act.
Responsibilities
  • Provide corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions, including corporate reorganisations such as post-acquisition integration and legal entity rationalisation.
  • Build relationships with other KPMG teams and clients to develop and deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
  • Project-manage projects to conclusion.
