A leading guest services provider based in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to create a welcoming experience for visitors and manage reception duties. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, demonstrate excellent customer service, and be flexible in handling various tasks. This part-time role offers opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team environment.
We are looking for a brilliant and confident Corporate Receptionist to join our warm and welcoming team based in Newcastle. You will be the first friendly face our visitors see, representing one of the Big Four accounting firms. This is a role where professionalism meets personality: you’ll bring energy, care, and organisation to every interaction, ensuring each guest and colleague feels valued from the moment they arrive.
You will be joining a close‑knit setup with one other team member who works part‑time, so collaboration and adaptability are key. Your day will be a mix of front‑of‑house excellence, seamless hospitality service, and occasional support at the restaurant till or during corporate events.

Part‑time, Permanent
20 per week (Monday‑Friday; 1 PM – 5 PM, with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness/full‑day shifts when required as per business needs)
