Overview

Corporate Receptionist required for a global consultancy based in beautiful new offices in central London 10.30am until 6.30pm daily.

You will be joining an international and reputable consultancy with a positive culture where they truly value their employees. This is a dynamic office, in a busy role for this client led business where you will be acting as a true ambassador for the firm, always providing a professional, warm, and welcoming service. Seeking a team player attitude and willingness to get stuck in and learn.

You will be working alongside one other receptionist so it’s important you perform well in working as part of a team.

Seeking an individual who is happy on reception and thrives being front of house and a true ambassador for the firm. The role also includes administration and paperwork and requires an individual who is happy to be based on the front desk on their own at times and with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Meeting / greeting visitors
  • Picking up calls via the switchboard and re-directing them (now all done via Teams)
  • Managing a daily visitors list which is published to the London office at the end of each day for the day after
  • Manage approx. 9 meeting rooms of various sizes and manage the allocation of them (an EA will message the team for a room). This is booked via Outlook calendars.
  • Liaise with the kitchen for any catering requirements for dinners / lunches
  • Allocate office space for internal visitors
  • Deal with added administration such as stationery / post / couriers etc
  • Manage the internal phone and photo list
  • Liaise with onsite facilities manager
Qualifications and expectations

This is a busy role, so it is essential you have relevant front of house and client facing experience, whilst always acting professionally, with a reliable and punctual manner.
