This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, and candidates should be prepared to work between 7am and 7pm, with shifts available. The firm have of around 800 people have a stunning reception area and this is a team-based role, focusing solely on the vistor/client experience.
They have a keen focus on providing a first-class customer service to clients and staff alike. They require a RECEPTIONIST WHO HAS A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OFFICE-BASED EXPERIENCE, WORKING IN A LAW FIRM, ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE, INVESTMENT/MERCHANT BANK ETC, AND BE USED TO MANAGING 10+ MEETING ROOMS.
You will be a team player and see the client experience as your main priority.
Its working a 35 hour week, between 7am – 7pm, with the early shift being 7am – 3pm and the late shift being 11am – 7pm
