Are you an experienced Corporate Receptionist looking for your next opportunity within a global organisation? My client, a leading mining and engineering business, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the face of their London office. This is an ongoing temporary role starting immediately, offering a busy and varied front‑of‑house position in a corporate environment.

What you will do:

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome. Your day‑to‑day will include answering and transferring calls, managing meeting room bookings, coordinating catering and refreshments, handling post and deliveries, and maintaining the reception area to the highest standard. You’ll also support the wider office team with administrative tasks, travel bookings, and ad hoc projects when needed.

What you will need:

You’ll have proven experience in a corporate reception or front‑of‑house role, ideally within a professional or international business environment. Exceptional communication skills, a confident and welcoming manner, and strong organisational skills are a must. You’ll also be comfortable using MS Office and managing a busy switchboard or visitor management system.
