LAW Absolute is seeking a Private Equity lawyer to join its London-based practice. The role requires 6+ years’ PQE in corporate private equity transactions and confidence in running matters end-to-end.

A leading international law firm has opened up an opportunity for a Private Equity lawyer to join its top tier ranked practice. Applicants must have at least 6 years’ PQE in corporate private equity transactions and be confident of running matters. The highly varied work falls within the upper mid-market tier and will include acquisition, investment and takeover work. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in investment lifecycle and adept at strong stakeholder/client relationships. The firm offers a fantastic infrastructure and platform, hugely accessible partners and excellent remuneration and reward. This will suit an ambitious PE Associate, currently at a City firm, who is likely to have between 6 and 8 years’ PQE and be ready for a long-term career move.
