A highly rated, Tier 1 law firm in the North West is looking to hire an experienced Corporate or Corporate/Commercial Partner to join their well-established and growing team outside of Manchester city centre.

The Role

• Advising owner-managed businesses on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructurings, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance
• Strong pipeline of deal flow and established internal referral network
• Join a wider Corporate/Commercial team of 15 across multiple offices, with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• Quality work across sectors such as healthcare, tech, and renewables
