  • Provide commercial, practical, and clear legal advice to clients, from startups and family-owned businesses to large corporate clients, private equity houses, and funds.
  • Supervise junior team members while managing transactions independently, ensuring alignment with firm-wide development and learning policies.
  • Engage in business development, marketing, and client relationship management activities, contributing to the continued expansion of the Corporate practice in Bristol.
  • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with the business community in the Southwest, leveraging your existing regional knowledge and network.
Requirements

  • The ability to manage and drive transactions, while supporting junior lawyers in their development.
  • A commercially focused mindset with a track record of building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
Benefits
  • Above-market salary, negotiable based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • An opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative firm with a strong growth trajectory, particularly in Bristol.
