Job Title: Corporate Paralegal / LPC Graduate – Leading to a Training Contract

Location: Central London

Salary: to £40,000 (depending on experience)

Leading London law firm seeks a paralegal with corporate / commercial experience to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academics (minimum 2.1 from a leading university) and a strong possibility of leading to a training contract. The role involves assisting Partners and Senior Associates on various corporate transactional work, predominantly M&A, for UK and international clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity in a dynamic law firm to gain quality experience. The successful candidate will have some corporate / commercial paralegal experience, confident communication skills, and excellent academics. Completion of the LPC or upcoming completion is required. The firm offers a collegiate environment with a good work-life balance and often selects trainees from their paralegals.
