  • 09:30-17:30 standard hours (Monday-Friday)

Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities
  • Working alongside partners, associates, knowledge lawyers, trainees, and fellow paralegals, you will use your own initiative and organisational skills to achieve key deadlines
  • Assist with transaction document execution and post completion matters
  • Conduct legal research, pre completion searches, and Companies House filings
  • Bible creation including preparing and rolling out ancillary documents
  • Verifications and due diligence
  • Setting up and managing data rooms
Corporate Paralegal Skills & Requirements
  • Completed a Law degree (2:1 and above), GDL, LPC or have previous relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience)
  • A keen interest in the Corporate practice area
  • An interest in AI use / tech platforms
