Ryder Reid, on behalf of a top US law firm, seeks a Corporate Paralegal in City of London. Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home). The role supports US-qualified Partners and Attorneys across corporate transactions, including leveraged finance and capital markets.

The ideal candidate will have leveraged finance, capital markets or US securities experience at a comparable firm and be comfortable working across cross-border matters with the New York team. 12-month FTC.

Formación

• Experience in Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets or US Securities at a law firm.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions in cross-border settings.
• Ability to work with US counterparts across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support corporate transactions from start to close with the New York team.
• Prepare filings and documentation for leveraged finance and capital markets matters.
• Coordinate with Partners and Attorneys across phases of deals.

Role overview:

Our top US firm client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join on an initial 12 month FTC, working closely with their New York team. The paralegal will work alongside New York qualified Partners and Attorneys across all phases of corporate transactions, including leveraged finance and capital markets.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets or US Securities experience gained at a similar law firm environment.
