A leading cybersecurity firm in Greater London is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support corporate governance and compliance. The role involves managing corporate documentation and cross-functional projects. Candidates should have approximately 5 years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with AI tools. As a Corporate Paralegal your role will ensure the Company remains up to date with global corporate compliance obligations, as well as supporting business critical projects within the legal function. You will have the opportunity to engage in a range of corporate matters and participate in various cross functional projects to support Mimecast’s growth plans. Your responsibilities will include:

The UK base salary range for this position is £44,000-£66,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
