A leading cybersecurity company in the UK is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support corporate governance processes. In this role, you will engage in various corporate matters and assist in maintaining compliance obligations. The successful candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience and will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid working model requiring in-office attendance 2-3 days a week.

The UK base salary range for this position is £44,000–£66,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new‑hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
