Job description

A respected Cornwall-based firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Locum Solicitor to provide ongoing ad hoc support.

You’ll work on a range of matters including M&A transactions (typically £1M £100M in value) and general corporate governance. There’s an immediate need for support, with a strong pipeline of work and potential for long-term collaboration.

Location: Fully Remote (firm based in Truro)

Contract: Locum / Temporary

Rate: £50 £80 per hour (DOE)
