A fintech company based in the UK is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to lead a variety of strategic legal initiatives, primarily in corporate and finance law. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of PQE from a reputable UK law firm, with a strong understanding of company law and experience in M&A transactions. As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will have the opportunity to lead a wide range of legal initiatives in the corporate, finance, and commercial areas, providing strategic advice in a cross‑jurisdictional context. You will be able to lend your skills to a number of business areas across Tide with regular exposure to senior business stakeholders.
