  • Running and growing relationships with big, complex corporate clients (think clients paying fee income of between £k-£k.
  • Raising the game across the wider Corporate team.
  • Sharpening pitch craft and helping (structure and) articulate a stronger risk management proposition
  • Being a genuine strategic voice, not just a handler of renewals
