THE FIRM

THE ROLE

New positions have arisen for technically strong, personable and ambitious corporate lawyers.

Clients include mid tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

The work of the team includes:

• Mergers and Acquisitions (both buy side and sell side)
• Venture capital and private equity (sponsor and management team roles)
• Fund raising and equity and capital markets
• Joint ventures
• General corporate advisory
• Accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency

THE CANDIDATE

With 2 - 7 PQE you will be looking to handle a broad corporate workload. You will not require experience in all of the above areas but will be a strong team player with good inter-personal skills and academics.

Your experience will have been gained with a City or leading national/regional practice.
