  • Working alongside the Head of Corporate with a view to taking over the role upon retirement.

  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver an integrated client service.

  • Developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

About You
  • 5+ years PQE in corporate law with a solid track record of handling complex matters.

  • Commercially astute, proactive, and client-focused.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with an interest in future progression to management/director level.

  • A following or client base would be advantageous, though not essential.

Working Arrangements
  • Base office: Keighley (22 staff), Skipton (20 staff), or Bradford (10 staff).

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.

  • Free parking.

  • Enhanced pension contributions with length of service.

  • Supportive, collaborative working culture with excellent long-term prospects.

Application Process
