About the Role: You will work closely with a highly regarded team of partners and associates on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity (PE)
• Venture Capital (VC)
• Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
