Corporate Lawyer (6+ years')

A leading Corporate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years' PQE to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh. You will work on diverse and complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate law matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures and reorganisations
• Handling partnerships, LLPs and corporate governance issues
• Providing occasional commercial contract advice and corporate support to other teams
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development

Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate law
• Strong communication, drafting and analytical skills
• Proven ability in business development and client relationship management
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
