Job description

Our client, a prestigious NY heavyweight is actively seeking a junior to mid level associate with exposure to working on (i) CAT bond deals; (ii) equity capital markets (UK, US and European); (ii) debt capital markets (High Yield and investment grade); and (iii) insurance-linked securities transactions (insurance securitisations).

Applicants should have an enthusiasm to learn about insurance-linked securities. Experience of particular note would be assisting on equity stock exchange listings (in London and/or New York) and high yield DCM transactions. Candidates should be keen to develop experience on matters with both UK/European and US elements.
