PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Plus London Weighting Allowance £5,441. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The Corporate Governance Manager role will work collaboratively within the Company Secretariat team, engaging with senior stakeholders including members of the BBC Studios Executive Committee, BBC Commercial Board, Statutory Directors, and colleagues across BBC Studios and BBC Public Service. This role is accountable for the effective delivery of key governance and compliance obligations, as well as the management of committees and related processes.
You will be part of a highly respected team that sits at the heart of BBC Studios. You will collaborate with a broad range of knowledgeable and supportive colleagues across the organisation. You will also have the support from our Company Secretary who will prioritise your development, is focused on high quality delivery, and will coach you to be the best that you can be.
