Role Overview

This is an exciting and crucial role to be responsible for the provision of a high-quality Board Secretarial function and play a crucial role in supporting the Chair and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) by ensuring efficient coordination, administrative support, and communications management.

Essential Criteria
  • Educated to degree level standard or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At least three years' corporate governance, legal compliance, or board administration experience.
  • Experience of using IT and core management information systems to extrapolate and present data and provide analysis.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email / calendar).
  • Elevated level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria

Be willing or have obtained a relevant Corporate Governance qualification such as International Certified Corporate Governance Officer.
