A public healthcare organization in Hatfield is seeking a highly organized Corporate Governance Facilitator to provide secretariat support to the Board of Directors and key committees. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience within a healthcare or public sector environment. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Governance Facilitator to provide high-quality governance and secretariat support to the Board of Directors, FIAC, and other key committees.
This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our governance framework--delivering professional agendas, papers, minutes, and action trackers that support informed and timely decision-making by the Chair, Non-Executive Directors, and Executive Team.
You will also play a key part in managing and developing the RADAR Quality Governance System, ensuring accuracy in policy management, oversight of risk registers, and production of governance reports. The role also involves co-ordinating regulatory submissions and compliance documentation, supporting assurance to the Board and external regulators.
About You
Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience providing secretariat or governance support within a healthcare, public sector, or regulated environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using governance systems (experience with RADAR or similar systems is desirable).
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, confidentiality, and professionalism.
