The Role

This is not an administrative position - it is a highly professional opportunity suited to an individual with solid experience in corporate law, governance, or compliance who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange formation of companies and LLPs
  • Assist with company reorganisations and structural changes
  • Maintain accurate statutory records
  • Prepare and submit Confirmation Statements and filings to Companies House
  • Draft minutes, resolutions, and correspondence
  • Conduct Companies House searches
  • Manage day‑to‑day company secretarial services, including officer changes, registered address updates and accounting reference date amendments
  • Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a motivated and detail‑driven professional, eager to take on responsibility and contribute to the success of a thriving governance department. About you :

  • Be CGI qualified (or equivalent) with previous relevant experience
  • Possess strong corporate administration and compliance knowledge
  • Have good working knowledge of MS Office and preferably Diligent Entities
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Be confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
  • Show initiative and problem‑solving ability
  • Work with flexibility, discretion, and a professional approach
