Job summary

Nuffield Health invites applications for a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at Denham Garden Village corporate club. This part-time role (16 hours per week) includes supervising the fitness floor, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes, and delivering group classes.

You will lead circuit-based sessions and ensure excellent customer service while supporting members to achieve personal goals. REP Level 3 or CIMSPA registration is required.

Qualifications

• REPs level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• CIMSPA registered.
• Experience delivering group exercise classes and circuit-based sessions.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage members.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Les Mills
• Deliver exceptional customer service in personal training to processing payments
• Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
• Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals
• Deputize for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to deliver a great experience
