Artemis Human Capital are excited to be partnering with a dynamic local accountancy practice as they seek to appoint a Manager within their successful Corporate Finance team, with specific focus on valuations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic team focusing on the local market. The Job

Working closely with the wider corporate finance team, you will be involved across the following:

  • Taking the lead & delivering on a range of valuation projects, including business valuations for transactions, financial reporting, & dispute purposes.
  • Preparation of detailed valuation models.
  • Managing client relationships, ensuring projects are completed efficiently & within agreed timelines.
  • Support senior leadership in business development activities.
The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong previous corporate finance, valuations, or due diligence experience.
  • Strong technical & analytical skills with advanced Excel & financial modelling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects & deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
