Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager in London to lead a small team and drive strategic financial analysis for asset management and leasing deals.

The role focuses on M&A due diligence, sophisticated valuation modelling, and presenting recommendations to senior management and sponsors. You will liaise with lenders to structure debt financing and contribute to critical investment decisions across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience, ideally with infrastructure exposure.
• Advanced valuations and debt-heavy capital-structures modelling.
• Finance or accounting degree; CFA/CA qualification preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence, asset valuation, and underwriting for deals UK and Europe.
• Build and stress-test DCF, comparables, and asset-backed models to value investments.
• Design lease-rate pricing structures for competitive tenders and renewals.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for exec leadership and sponsors.
• Collaborate with lenders and advisers to structure debt facilities.
