Corporate Finance Manager - M&A - Isle of Man

The Role

• Due diligence and lead advisory engagements, strategic assessment, transaction management, negotiation and documentation and post-completion processes
• Leading teams in gathering, reviewing, verifying and analysing the financial information of companies for purchase and sale and formulating views with exposure to large value transactions
• Understanding business drivers, developing and agreeing the approach and value measurements with clients and providing advice throughout
• Hypotheses generation and testing of hypotheses along with problem resolution
• Business development and proposal development and cross‑selling opportunities utilising your deal making and corporate finance network
• Staff management and team leadership

The Candidate

• Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA / CFA (or equivalent)
• Strong corporate finance and lead advisory experience is essential
• Currently or recently at Manager level within corporate finance in a global accountancy firm
• Experience of staff management with strong networking and business development skills
