Job summary

Xeinadin Group, a growing corporate finance team, is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to deliver financial due diligence for acquisitions, disposals and mergers. You will lead transaction engagements, analyse financial information, and act as a client contact while coaching junior colleagues.

The role offers hybrid working in the Greater London area with a broad range of transactions and opportunities to contribute to methodology and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or related advisory.
• Strong financial analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver financial due diligence assignments.
• Lead day-to-day execution of transaction engagements.
• Analyse financial information and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare commercially focused due diligence reports.
• Act as a key client contact.

As we continue to expand our Corporate Finance offering, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Transaction Services Manager to help strengthen and develop our Financial Due Diligence capability. This role supports clients through acquisitions, disposals, mergers and other strategic transactions while contributing to the growth of our Transaction Services offering.
