Frasia Wright Associates seeks a Corporate Finance Lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE to join its market-leading team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will advise domestic and international companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and investments, with exposure to high-value matters.

You will work closely with specialists across multiple practice areas, contributing to client relationships and business development in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:
