Job summary

Brewer Morris is partnering with a renewables-focused business to recruit a Corporate Finance Associate in London. The role centers on building and maintaining project finance models, performing scenario analyses, and contributing to investment decisions and strategic studies.

You will prepare information memoranda, executive summaries, and presentations for stakeholders while gaining exposure to contractual negotiations with banks and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or private equity-ideally with a focus on energy infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative skills, with proven expertise in financial modelling and proficiency in VBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Project Finance financial models; analyse key value drivers and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, ensuring consistency with project documentation, accounting standards, and tax principles.
