Our Corporate Finance Team

Our Corporate Finance team is recognised for delivering high impact, award winning advisory services across the Midlands and beyond to a wide range of clients. With a strong track record of successful transactions, the team specialises in M&A, management buy outs, due diligence, and strategic planning.

Our growing presence in the market means we can offer a dynamic environment where junior talent can thrive and make a real difference. You will be supported by the wider team working on a wide range of client interactions alongside studying your AAT or ACCA qualification.

Entry Requirements
  • A year experience working in audit or accounts within an accountancy practice.
  • You must have begun studying your AAT qualification alongside gaining hands on experience.
  • Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
