Dwelly is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support capital strategy, fundraising, and growth initiatives. You’ll run analyses, build models, and create decision materials to guide senior leadership through investment and expansion decisions.

You’ll join a small, high-performing Corp Dev team and influence equity raises, debt financing, and investor communications, while exploring international markets and new opportunities with rigorous data support.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, PE / VC / Growth investing, or investment banking (M&A).
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills (comfortable building models from scratch).
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Startup mentality: resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the analysis and materials underpinning Dwelly’s capital strategy: equity raises, debt financing, and capital structure decisions.
• Own financial analysis and modelling for financing scenarios, valuation, dilution and investor returns.
• Develop Dwelly’s equity story and fundraising materials with rigorous data backing.
• Create investor-ready materials and data rooms ahead of future funding rounds.
• Prepare analysis and materials for investor and Board discussions.
• Turn complex operating and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
• Research potential investors ahead of future capital raises.
• Work on growth projects including international expansion and new markets.
• Build market assessments and financial models to evaluate expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn priorities into actionable plans.

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to sit at the centre of some of Dwelly’s most important strategic decisions.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performing Corp Dev team, owning much of the analytical and execution work behind how we fund the business and where we grow next. This will span capital strategy and fundraising, investor work, and broader growth projects such as international expansion.

This is an execution-heavy role: you’ll build the models, run the analysis, create decision materials and help drive workstreams from an initial question through to a clear recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the analysis and materials that underpin Dwelly’s capital strategy, including equity raises, debt financing and broader capital structure decisions
• Own financial analysis and modelling for financing scenarios, valuation, dilution and investor returns
• Help develop Dwelly’s equity story and fundraising materials, ensuring the narrative is backed by rigorous data and analysis
• Build and maintain investor-ready materials and data rooms ahead of future funding rounds
• Investor & Strategic Analysis
• Prepare analysis and materials for investor and Board discussions
• Turn complex operating and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders
• Research potential investors ahead of future capital raises
• Strategic Growth Projects
• Work on high-priority growth questions outside of M&A, including international expansion and new markets
• Build market assessments and financial models to evaluate where and how Dwelly should expand
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Dwelly to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans

Across all of the above, you’ll be expected to get into the detail — building the models, doing the analysis and creating the materials that allow the team to make high-quality decisions quickly.
