The Team

The Corporate Development team focuses on developing, researching, and implementing financial cases for mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and divestitures, including post-deal integration plans. The team also advises business leaders by applying analytical finance to construct frameworks, evaluating strategic alternatives, and quantifying business decisions.

The team is responsible for conducting due diligence, structuring deals, negotiating terms, and executing transactions. Professionals in this field drive the adoption of consistent financial analyses and processes to support strategic business decisions and enhance organizational value. The team is situated in both London and New york.

What you will do:
  • Support all aspects of the deal process, including the identification, evaluation, and execution of potential capital deployment alternatives
  • Work closely with business units and cross‑functional teams across the organisation to develop, assess, and implement strategic activation and post‑deal integration plans
  • The Analyst will be a key member of the Corporate Development team and support day‑to‑day transactions, including, but not limited to, creating investment committee and executive leadership team review presentations / investment memos, conducting due diligence and financial analysis on the opportunity set
  • Conduct research and analyse key trends in the industry and support ad hoc strategic and financial analyses for senior management
  • Participate in investor conferences and help with the preparation of strategic presentations for senior management, the Board of Directors, or external stakeholders
  • Work with the broader finance team on certain corporate finance related analyses and initiatives within different time zones.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with some years of experience, including transaction‑related experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
  • Prior M&A transaction and deal experience preferred; buy‑side experience a plus, but not required
  • Good financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong attention of detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a high level of intellectual curiosity and capability for analytical thinking
  • Genuine interest in corporate development
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
