Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corporate law, specifically within Mergers & Acquisitions.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work directly on corporate acquisitions, providing strategic legal advice to the company’s UK and international business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a variety of corporate matters, supporting ongoing growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
