This is an excellent opportunity to join an established in-house legal team supporting a large and growing business operating across complex projects and a range of sectors.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider risk function, you'll become a trusted legal adviser to the business, providing commercially focused advice across a broad range of contractual, corporate and operational matters.
This is a broad and varied in-house legal role, offering exposure to commercial contracts, bid and risk management, disputes and wider corporate matters.
You'll take responsibility for managing your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the legal, commercial and operational teams. A key part of the role will involve reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and advising the business on contractual and commercial risk.
Alongside this, you'll support bid and tender activity, manage claims and disputes, and provide advice across a range of other legal and operational matters.
