• 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate and Commercial law.
• Experience with Articles of association, loan and security documents.
• Ability to advise clients transitioning to Employee Ownership Trust status.

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, 4+ PQE, London

We are instructed on a new Corporate & Commercial Solicitor role at the 4+ PQE level. You will work across a broad range of quality matters for both individual and corporate clients, gaining real responsibility and client contact from day one.

You will advise on and draft a wide range of Corporate and Commercial documents, including:

• Articles of association, shareholders' and investment agreements, partnership and share option agreements.
• Board and shareholder resolutions, due diligence, disclosure exercises, and transaction bibles.
• SPAs, loan and security documents, client terms and conditions, and EMI share options.
• You will take a lead on smaller transactions and support on larger or more complex deals, depending on your experience. A key focus will be advising clients transitioning to Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) status, as well as supporting the growth of the M&A practice.
