The Role

You'll be joining a thriving corporate commercial department, advising on a broad range of matters including:

  • M&A transactions
  • Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
  • Commercial contracts
  • Corporate governance
  • Business structuring and reorganisations

You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients, taking ownership of files and contributing to the strategic growth of the team in Bridgwater.

About You

We're keen to speak with solicitors who:

  • Have at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Are confident managing their own caseload and building client relationships
  • Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
  • Are ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to business development
