A law firm in Bournemouth, Dorset requires a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a post qualification, and a tracked record in delivering robust corporate and commercial advice to clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising on company share sales and purchases.
• Advising on business and asset sales and purchases.
• Advising on all areas of company and commercial law generally applicable to private companies.
• Drafting and advising on partnership and LLP agreements.
• Drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, Agency Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Terms and Conditions of Trading and Shareholders' Agreements.

The role will involve working in a team with the partner. Salary dependent upon experience.
