Corporate Commercial Practice Innovation Lead, Leeds

We're working on a unique Practice Innovation Lead role with a top tier international firm based in Leeds. This is your chance to step away from fee earning and use your legal experience to shape how lawyers work - making their lives (and yours) easier through smarter processes, legal tech and innovation.

You’ll act as the bridge between lawyers and the firm's innovation team - identifying pain points, driving efficiency projects, running training to boost adoption of new tools, and embedding better ways of working across the group. You don’t need to be a tech guru - just a lawyer who "gets it." Someone who’s seen both the power and the pain of legal tech in action, and has a genuine drive to make it work better.

Responsibilities

• Identify pain points and drive efficiency projects within the corporate/commercial practice.
• Run training to boost adoption of new tools and embed better ways of working across the group.
• Act as the bridge between lawyers and the firm’s innovation team.

The essentials

• Leeds-based, hybrid role with a major international firm
• Suitable for Corporate, Commercial or other transactional lawyers with 4+PQE who have had some exposure to legal tech in practice
• Ideally full time
• Typically 9-5 hours (a real change of pace from fee earning)
