Role

• Ensure governance and UK company law compliance across the business and its portfolio
• Provide support on corporate structuring, drafting and reviewing legal documents and provide governance guidance to the leadership team
• Support corporate transactions including fundraising rounds, share transfers, restructuring and exits

You

• Knowledge of UK company law and corporate governance
• Previous experience in start-ups, VC or private equity environments or exposure to fundraising rounds and investment transactions would be an advantage, but not essential
• Proven ability to draft, review and compile legal documentation
