Description

The paralegal will support solicitors and partners on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and finance matters. Responsibilities include assisting with M&A transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing due diligence processes, supporting finance deals, and contributing to compliance and regulatory tasks. The role also involves client interaction, administrative support, and maintaining accurate legal records.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in corporate or commercial law is beneficial but not essential.
